BirdieCard Pro is a golf tracking and community platform intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to BirdieCard Pro, including scores, notes, and group messages. By submitting content, you grant BirdieCard Pro a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from BirdieCard Pro related to group activity, events, and invitations. Message frequency may vary (up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preference in your Profile settings. Reply HELP for assistance.
BirdieCard Pro allows users to create and join golf groups. Group organizers are responsible for managing their group's membership and activity. BirdieCard Pro reserves the right to remove any content or user that violates these terms or community standards.

All content, design, and functionality of BirdieCard Pro — excluding user-submitted content — is the property of BirdieCard Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
BirdieCard Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BirdieCard Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us through the app.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BirdieCard Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
